Job summary

GrowthPair is seeking an Email Marketer to craft high-impact email programs from content to optimization. You will handle segmentation, copywriting, templates, and automated flows to drive revenue.

The role requires hands-on experience with major ESPs, data-driven decision making, and keeping campaigns compliant with GDPR/CAN-SPAM. Qualifications

• > 3+ years of experience as an email marketer.
• > Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Iterable, Customer.io, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, Klaviyo).
• > Strong copywriting and editing skills.
• > Knowledge of email marketing best practices and regulations.
• > Analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• > Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email template customization.
• > Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• > Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ET).

Responsibilities

• Segment email lists based on behavior and preferences to deliver personalized content.
• Write compelling email copy and design templates that drive conversions.
• Create drip email sequences based on subscriber stage in the journey.
• Conduct A/B tests to optimize subject lines, content, and CTAs.
• Grow email subscriber list organically via opt-in forms and incentives.
• Regularly clean lists to maintain deliverability and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
• Track key metrics and report performance insights.
• Analyze campaigns to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Generate detailed stakeholder reports.
