Tutor Me Education is seeking an Educational Case Manager for a fully remote role. You will manage student and family engagements, coordinate instructors, monitor progress, and provide top-tier customer service in a virtual setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intakes with families and students, coordinating instructors and tracking progress.
• Provide quality customer service and support regional operations.
• Deliver outstanding academic services to students and families.
• Operate effectively in a fully remote environment.
• Maintain operating standards across people, finances, and academics.
• Ensure delivery of programs and initiatives for students and partners.
• Manage virtual tutoring sessions and student schedules.
• Monitor student progress and adjust academic plans as needed.
• Communicate with partner program directors to review progress and renew enrollments.
• Provide virtual admin support, including scheduling and data management.
• Foster open communication with students and parents to resolve conflicts.
