Tutor Me Education is seeking an Educational Case Manager for a fully remote role. You will handle intakes with families, coordinate instructors, track student progress, and deliver quality customer service in a virtual setting.

The role requires strong English and Spanish bilingual abilities are a plus, excellent time management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. You will support regional operations and work independently in a compliant virtual environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2-3 years progressive virtual operations experience.
• Experience in a virtual operations and team environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish beneficial.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google apps.
• Strong time management and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• The Educational Case Manager conducts intakes with families/students and coordinates instructors.
• Actively supports Tutor Me Education Regional Operations.
• Provides outstanding academic services to students and families.
• Operates seamlessly in a virtual operating environment.
• Maintains operating standards including people, financial, and academic standards.
• Ensures delivery of programs and initiatives for students and district partners.
• Meets operational excellence standards.
• Provides virtual administrative support to Regional Operations including phones, data, and scheduling.
• Manages class schedules to staff sessions and meet efficiency targets.
• Manages virtual tutoring sessions and monitors student progress.
• Helps ensure flawless execution of programs and initiatives.
• Manages time in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Conducts conferences with partner program directors to review progress and renew enrollments.
• Other responsibilities as required by the business.
• Builds relationships with students and families.

Responsibilities

• The Educational Case Manager is integral to the success of Tutor Me Education by doing intakes with families/students, ,coordinating instructors, tracking student progress, and providing quality customer service
• Actively support Tutor Me Education Regional Operations
• Provide outstanding academic services to students and their families
• Operate seamlessly in a virtual operating environment
• Maintain Tutor Me Education operating standards including people, financial, and academic standards
• Ensure delivery of programs and initiatives for our students and school district partners
• Meet operational excellence standards
• Provide virtual administrative support to Regional Operations including answering phones, managing daily business data, and creating/ managing schedules with students and teachers
• Manage class schedules to effectively staff sessions and meet company efficiency and usage targets
• Manage virtual tutoring sessions
• Monitor all students’ academic progress
• Help ensure flawless execution of programs and initiatives
• Manage your own time in compliance with company and regulatory requirements
• Conduct conferences with partner program directors to review progress, adjust academic plans, and renew enrollments
• Other responsibilities – as required by the business
• Relish building relationships with students and their families
