Job summary

Tutor Me Education is seeking an Educational Support Specialist to coordinate instructors, track student progress, and deliver high quality virtual support. The role emphasizes strong communication, scheduling, and relationship management in a fully remote environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 2–3 years in virtual operations, and solid experience with Microsoft Office and Google Apps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2–3 years progressive career growth in virtual operations or similar
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual in English and Spanish beneficial

Responsibilities

• Coordinate instructors and track student progress in a virtual setting
• Provide virtual administrative support to Regional Operations
• Manage class schedules and virtual tutoring sessions
• Monitor student progress and ensure program delivery standards
• Maintain open communication with students and families to resolve issues
• Support partners and school districts to renew enrollments and implement initiatives
• Operate seamlessly in a fully remote environment
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
