Job summary

BruntWork in the Philippines is seeking an Inbound Education Sales Coordinator to own an active inbound pipeline of 100+ weekly leads, qualify prospects, and match them with the ideal tutor to lock in bookings.

The role is part-time (20 hours per week) and fully remote with GMT-friendly hours. Candidates need at least 3 years in sales, customer service, or coordination, and UK-market experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or coordination role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
• Ability to manage high lead volumes efficiently and prioritise tasks independently.
• High attention to detail when matching client needs to available services.
• Experience working in the UK market or with UK-based clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contact and qualify a high volume of inbound leads in a timely manner to prevent lost opportunities
• Identify each lead's specific tutoring needs and match them with the most suitable available teacher
• Coordinate and confirm scheduling between clients and tutors to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of lead status, client requirements, and tutor assignments
• Provide a professional and responsive first point of contact for prospective clients
