Job summary

Jobsoid Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an Enrollment Closer to join our remote sales team and guide families from initial enquiry through trial and enrolment.

This is a 100% warm inbound role with no cold calling, dedicated CRM tooling, and clear performance targets supported by scripts, coaching, and ongoing product training. You will respond quickly via phone, email, and text, conduct discovery, build rapport, qualify families, and schedule trials while following up to close enrolments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2C phone sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of sales metrics (close rate, deal value).
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Warm, professional phone presence.
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
• Experience with a CRM; GoHighLevel experience a plus.
• Comfortable working with US-based customers and US evening hours.

About the Role

Turn warm parent enquiries into successful enrolments.

We’re looking for a confident and consultative Enrollment Closer to join our remote sales team and help families find the right learning solution for their children.

This is a 100% warm inbound sales role — no cold calling, no prospecting, and no list building. You’ll speak with parents who have already expressed interest and guide them from their initial enquiry through trial and enrolment.

What You’ll Do

• Respond quickly to qualified parent enquiries via phone, email, and text.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand the child’s learning needs and the parent’s concerns.
• Build rapport and trust with parents through a warm, consultative approach.
• Qualify families and schedule their trial session.
• Follow up with parents after the trial and confidently ask for the enrolment.
• Handle objections around pricing, timing, existing tutoring arrangements, and decision‑making.
• Recommend the most appropriate plan based on the family’s needs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow‑up activities.
• Share customer insights with the wider team to help improve the sales process.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of B2C phone sales experience, preferably in education, healthcare, financial services, insurance, home services, or another consultative sales environment.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of your own sales numbers, including close rate and average deal value.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• A warm, professional, and confident phone presence.
• Strong objection‑handling and closing skills.
• Experience working with a CRM; GoHighLevel experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working with US‑based customers and US evening hours.
• A reliable internet connection, professional headset, and dedicated work‑from‑home setup.
