Job summary

Booth and Partners is seeking a PD Customer Service Representative on a fixed-term contract for Peak Design. The role handles email and chat support, processing orders, shipping queries, warranties, returns, and post-purchase concerns, predominantly remote with periodic onsite reporting.

You will use Gladly, Shopify, NetSuite, Shipwire, and ShipStation to review orders, manage warranties, update customers, and coordinate with logistics.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of ecommerce customer service experience.
• Hands-on Shopify experience required.
• Experience handling shipping and order tracking.
• Experience with Gladly or similar ticketing systems preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite/Shipwire/ShipStation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide email and chat support using Gladly for orders, shipping, warranties, returns, refunds.
• Develop knowledge of Peak Design products, policies, and warranty processes.
• Review and process warranty claims and arrange eligible replacements.
• Assist customers with returns, refunds, and order updates.
• Use Shopify to review orders and customer details.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to resolve tracking and delivery concerns.
• Take ownership of customer concerns from contact to resolution.
• Follow established policies and quality standards.
• Maintain professional and empathetic communication.
• Stay updated on product information and system changes.
