Job summary

Amped HQ in the Philippines seeks an experienced eCommerce Client Operations Coordinator to oversee operational and technical delivery of web development projects for large-scale clients. You will serve as a key technical bridge between account leads, clients, and development teams to drive smooth sprint execution, clear task translation, and high-quality project delivery.

You do not need to be a full-stack developer, but you must translate business requirements into clear technical tasks,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of senior-level experience managing e-commerce website development projects for large-scale clients.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Shopify Plus (store setups, app configurations, and backend navigation) alongside familiarity with enterprise ecosystems like Adobe Commerce/Magento, BigCommerce or similar eCommerce platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and engage with technical concepts, architectures, data flows, APIs, and system limits without needing to write code.
• Solid understanding of agile principles, sprint planning, task allocation, and burndown chart management.
• Highly proficient in Wrike, Teamwork, Jira, Asana, Trello, Notion or similar PM tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills with strong critical thinking ability and comfort navigating ambiguity.
• Highly detail-oriented with documentation habits and a commitment to meeting deadlines and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder & Delivery Collaboration: Work with account managers and leads to align on goals, timelines, and prioritization.
• Agile & PM Tool Management: Drive sprints, monitor burndown rates, and manage workflows in Wrike/Jira/Teamwork.
• Technical Brief Translation & Solutioning: Translate vague briefs into actionable tasks for development teams; define acceptance criteria.
• QA Prep & Deployment Tracking: Oversee post-QA reviews and track deployment progress against SLAs.
• Clear & Professional Communication: Communicate effectively in English across Slack, tickets, and docs.
