Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd seeks an experienced E-Commerce Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end campaigns across multiple brands and channels. You will coordinate with Buying, Merchandising, Content, CRM, Digital, Retail, and external partners to ensure on-brand, timely delivery and drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.

The role emphasizes campaign management, Shopify & Mailchimp/Klaviyo workflows, and strong project management in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in e-commerce marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing within retail or fashion.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and email marketing platforms (Klaviyo/M Mailchimp).
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising and social platforms including Meta and Google.
• Excellent Excel and project management skills to track complex deliverables.
• Customer-focused, commercial mindset with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Oversee weekly product launches, seasonal campaigns, and discount structures.
• Align marketing campaigns with buying, merchandising, and inventory teams.
• Support EDM and SMS scheduling, A/B testing, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate website updates, landing pages, and product messaging.
• Monitor analytics, traffic, conversions, and sales data to provide recommendations.
• Support full-funnel growth across social, email, paid channels, and retail touchpoints.
