Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support daily operations, flow, and logistics for eCommerce marketplaces and direct-to-consumer orders. This remote, work-from-home role reports to the Manager, Sales Channel Operations and requires strong communication with internal teams and external partners.

You will oversee order fulfillment, coordinate with 3PLs, review vendor guides, label and package products, and manage product requests for sales, marketing, promotions, licensors,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, and/or supply chain providing operational support for wholesale and direct-to-consumer accounts.
• Experience working within ERP and vendor portal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee order fulfillment from receipt to delivery for eCommerce marketplaces and specialty retailers.
• Partner with 3PL to manage open order reports and ensure timely routing and shipping.
• Review customer vendor guides and communicate changes to 3PL partners.
• Coordinate product labeling and packaging per vendor guides.
• Process and manage product requests for sales, marketing, promotions, licensors, and employees.
