Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Data Analyst for our E-Commerce D2C Department to drive brand campaigns and digital storefronts. You will analyze consumer behavior, marketplace metrics, and sales data across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.

You'll build automated dashboards with Power BI/Tableau/Looker, generate insights for inventory, pricing, and campaigns, and collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Account Management. Strong Excel/SQL skills required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in data analytics or BI.
• E-commerce or FMCG experience preferred.
• Strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor e-commerce metrics across brand websites and marketplaces.
• Translate datasets into actionable insights for inventory and pricing.
• Design and maintain dashboards with Power BI/Tableau/Looker.
• Conduct post-mortem analyses on launches and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Account Management.
• Leverage AnyMind tools for market trends.
