Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd seeks an experienced leader to drive its e-commerce agenda across major online marketplaces and digital channels. You will own commercial delivery, customer strategy, and cross-functional collaboration while partnering with platforms, distributors, and agencies to accelerate online performance.

You will manage relationships with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and similar platforms, develop growth plans, and own budgets to maximise returns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce, sales, key account management, or digital commerce roles.
• Strong experience managing marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar.
• FMCG industry experience is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of managing online business performance and delivering commercial growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth across major e-commerce channels and digital customers.
• Manage and develop relationships with key online platforms including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Growsari.
• Develop and execute channel-specific growth strategies, business plans, and promotional initiatives.
• Own trade investment and advertising budgets to maximise commercial returns.
• Build strong partnerships with distributors, e-commerce enablers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure operational excellence.
• Lead category growth initiatives and identify opportunities to increase shopper penetration and conversion.
• Analyse digital commerce performance metrics and generate actionable business insights.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, and regional stakeholders to align business priorities.
• Develop pricing, promotional, and trade terms strategies that support sustainable growth.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging e-commerce opportunities to maintain competitive advantage.
• Deliver regular business reviews and performance reporting to senior leadership.
• Champion data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across the digital commerce function
