Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, E-Commerce, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, retail operations, supply chain or logistics.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Hands-on experience managing online sales channels and e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of order fulfillment, inventory management, and operational processes.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, inventory management tools, and reporting applications.
• Knowledge of payment processing, logistics coordination, and customer experience management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations to support accurate order processing and fulfilment.
• Coordinate order information across relevant procurement and supply chain teams to reduce processing delays.
• Monitor customer orders and service concerns, helping ensure issues are tracked through to resolution.
• Review operational workflows and identify practical improvements for the customer journey.
• Maintain accurate records for customer requests, orders and e-commerce activities.
• Work with internal stakeholders to align customer service requirements with order fulfilment activities.
