Job summary

Expedock is seeking an experienced Accountant to support the financial operations of a rapidly growing eCommerce business. The role focuses on daily bookkeeping, multi-channel sales accounting, reconciliations, inventory/COGS, monthly reporting, and financial analysis.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of bookkeeping experience with GAAP, strong inventory understanding, and QuickBooks proficiency. This is a remote role based in the Philippines with US business hours.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of bookkeeping experience with GAAP knowledge.
• Experience supporting eCommerce or online retail accounting.
• Strong inventory accounting, COGS, and amortization understanding.
• Experience with multi-channel eCommerce transactions and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in accounting software, QuickBooks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial records across AP, AR, payroll, inventory, and related accounts.
• Record and reconcile daily multi-channel sales on Amazon, Shopify, TikTok.
• Reconcile PayPal, Stripe, and other payment processors.
• Manage accounts payable and documentation.
• Prepare monthly P&L statements and management reports.
• Provide monthly financial analysis and business insights.
• Support month-end close and budgeting/forecasting.
• Suggest process improvements to accounting operations.
