Kajae Inc is seeking an E‑Learning Designer to support the development of engaging online courses using Articulate Storyline. This part‑time contract role can expand to a longer-term position based on performance.

Work remotely with global teams to transform content into polished digital courses that are clear and engaging for learners. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, convert objectives into training experiences, and ensure consistency across programs across regions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in e-learning design or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline.
• Portfolio or work samples of e-learning experiences.
• Understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Experience creating interactive elements such as scenarios and assessments.
• Transform source materials into engaging digital training.
• Strong visual design skills and multimedia integration.
• Ability to manage projects remotely and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline.
• Transform training content and objectives into effective digital courses.
• Build interactive course elements, scenarios, assessments, and knowledge checks.
• Apply instructional design principles to organize content and create intuitive experiences.
• Develop polished course layouts aligned with brand and standards.
• Incorporate multimedia elements (graphics, audio, video, animation) as appropriate.
• Create and refine course navigation and learner pathways within Storyline.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to align objectives.
• Review and revise courses based on stakeholder feedback.
• Conduct QA testing to ensure quality and consistency.
• Troubleshoot Storyline functionality and publishing issues.
• Maintain organized project files and assets.
• Manage multiple course development tasks with attention to detail.
• Identify opportunities to improve course design and learner engagement.
