Job summary

TTEC is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to craft engaging, learner-centered experiences for a global audience while working remotely from Manila, Philippines. You will design, develop, and evaluate courses using Articulate Storyline, LMS/LX platforms, and UX principles to boost learner engagement, knowledge retention, and performance.

Qualifications

3+ years of demonstrable experience building e-learning content.
Proficiency with Articulate Storyline or similar tools; audio editing skills.
Knowledge of adult learning theory and learning design principles.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS/LX) and related platforms.
Advanced English communication skills.
Proficient in PowerPoint with advanced features; basic Excel.
Basic project management skills.
Experience analyzing learning data to measure impact.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, deliver, evaluate, and enhance virtual blended learning experiences.
Apply human-centered design and agile methods to learning projects.
Collaborate with Global Learning Delivery teams on curriculum redesign.
Leverage learning data to monitor performance and outcomes.
Research tools and platforms to improve training solutions.
