Job summary

PeoplePartners is seeking an E-Learning Instructional Designer for a 6‑month remote contract to transform SME content into engaging online learning experiences for an Australian organization.

You will manage storyboard to screen development, leverage Articulate, and ensure LMS/SCORM delivery with quality assurance. Strong collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders is essential, as is adapting content for effective learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in instructional design, education and training.
• Hands-on experience creating interactive multimedia learning using Articulate.
• Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Strong understanding of SCORM.
• Strong visual design and storyboarding skills.
• Experience writing instructional content and audio/video scripts.
• Basic HTML & CSS knowledge for minor code amendments.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive digital and multimedia learning materials using Articulate.
• Transform SME content into effective online learning experiences.
• Create storyboards, instructional copy, and audio/video scripts.
• Develop and manage learning content for LMS/SCORM environments.
• Conduct usability testing and QA of e-learning resources.
• Ensure materials meet standards and copyright requirements.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
