Job summary

Lingaro Group in the Philippines seeks an experienced Instructional Designer to craft engaging digital learning experiences aligned with client objectives and learner needs. You will develop objectives, outlines, scripts, and storyboards, delivering e-learning courses via Articulate Rise and Storyline.

This hands-on role requires collaboration with account teams, SMEs, and designers to create effective learning for diverse clients and industries.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in instructional design, digital learning, or related field.
• Experience creating learning objectives, course outlines, scripts, and storyboards.
• Hands-on with e-learning courses in Articulate Rise and Storyline.
• Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.
• Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear learning experiences.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Flexibility to switch between strategic thinking and hands-on production.
• Experience collaborating with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
• Confidence in presenting work to clients when needed.
• Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, LMS, accessibility, and QA.

Responsibilities

• Develop learning objectives and course outlines based on client requirements.
• Create scripts, storyboards, and engaging learning content.
• Build and publish e-learning courses using Articulate Rise and Storyline.
• Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to learning experiences.
• Collaborate with account teams, SMEs, and designers throughout delivery.
• Participate in client discussions and present work when required.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions while maintaining quality standards.
• Use AI-enabled tools to support content creation and production.
• Own and present your work during client calls with clear rationale.
