Job summary

Kajae Inc is seeking an E‑Learning Designer to support the development of engaging online courses using Articulate Storyline. This part‑time contract role can expand to a longer-term position based on performance.

Work remotely with global teams to transform content into polished digital courses that are clear and engaging for learners. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, convert objectives into training experiences, and ensure consistency across programs across regions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in e-learning design or related field.

About the Role

Our client is seeking an E‑Learning Designer to support the development of engaging, interactive online learning experiences using Articulate Storyline.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who can transform training content, learning objectives, and source materials into polished digital courses that are clear, engaging, and intuitive for learners. • Transform training content, learning objectives, scripts, and source materials into effective digital learning experiences.
• Build interactive course elements, scenarios, assessments, knowledge checks, and other learner activities.
• Apply instructional design principles to organize content and create intuitive learning experiences.
• Develop visually polished course layouts that maintain consistency with established brand and training standards.
• Incorporate graphics, audio, video, animation, and other multimedia elements into e‑learning experiences when appropriate.
• Create and refine course navigation, interactions, and learner pathways within Storyline.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand learning objectives and translate technical or complex information into accessible training content.
• Review and revise courses based on stakeholder feedback.
• Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure courses function correctly and provide a consistent learner experience.
• Troubleshoot Storyline functionality, interactions, formatting, and publishing issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in e‑learning design, instructional design, digital learning development, or a closely related field.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Articulate Storyline, including building complete interactive e‑learning courses.
• Portfolio or work samples demonstrating professionally developed e‑learning experiences.
• Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Experience creating interactive learning elements such as scenarios, assessments, quizzes, knowledge checks, and branching activities.
• Ability to transform source materials and learning objectives into clear, engaging digital training experiences.
• Strong visual design skills with an understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, and consistency within digital learning environments.
• Experience incorporating multimedia elements into online courses.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, accurate learning materials.
• Ability to independently manage assigned projects and deliverables in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
