Job summary

Rainmakers Training Services in the Philippines is hiring a Junior E-Learning Developer to turn storyboards into interactive, learner‑centric courses using Storyline 360 and Rise 360. You’ll work with guidance from senior developers to deliver on time and to spec.

The role values strong visual craft, accessibility, and willingness to learn, with AI-assisted production and collaboration with instructional designers, QA analysts, and media teams.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands‑on experience with Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360 (mandatory).
• Portfolio or work samples demonstrating e‑learning development work.
• Familiarity with Storyline fundamentals: triggers, variables, states, layers, slide masters.
• Basic understanding of SCORM / xAPI and publishing for LMS.
• Comfort using AI tools such as ElevenLabs and Adobe Firefly in workflow.
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar; basic video editing.
• Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 AA and accessible design practices.
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Degree or portfolio experience in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive courses in Storyline 360 and Rise 360 with branching and knowledge checks.
• Create and edit graphics, animations, and multimedia; align visuals to brand.
• Use AI tools to speed up production without sacrificing quality.
• Test courses across devices, ensure WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility.
• Manage tasks, meet milestones, incorporate reviewer feedback, deliver files.
