We design and build engaging digital learning experiences for global clients, and we're hiring a full-time Junior E-Learning Developer to join our team. You'll turn storyboards and raw content into interactive, learner-centric courses, working with guidance from senior developers to take each project from concept to a polished, ready-to-deliver course, on time and to spec.
Hands-on development in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360 is the core of this role. We're looking for an early-career builder who can bring a storyboard to life with solid visual craft, interactivity, and accessibility in mind, and who uses AI tools to work faster without cutting corners on quality. You'll work across a steady flow of projects alongside our instructional designers, QA analysts, and media team, with plenty of room to learn and grow.
Develop interactive courses in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360, including branching scenarios, knowledge checks, simulations, and gamified experiences.
Create and edit graphics, simple animations, and multimedia; integrate audio, video, and visuals on brand.
Use AI tools (ElevenLabs voiceovers, Adobe Firefly image generation, rapid prototyping) to speed up production.
Test your courses across devices and browsers, and apply WCAG 2.1 AA requirements (captions, transcripts, keyboard navigation, screen-reader support, contrast, alt text).
Manage your assigned tasks, meet milestones, act on feedback from reviewers, and deliver source and final files as specified.
1 to 2 years of hands‑on experience with Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360 (mandatory).
A portfolio or work samples demonstrating your e‑learning development work.
Working knowledge of Storyline fundamentals: triggers, variables, states, layers, and slide masters.
Basic understanding of SCORM / xAPI and publishing a course for an LMS.
Comfort using AI tools such as ElevenLabs and Adobe Firefly in the workflow.
Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar; basic video editing.
Basic familiarity with WCAG 2.1 AA and willingness to learn accessible design practices.
Strong attention to detail, openness to feedback, and eagerness to learn.
Degree in Instructional Design, Digital Media, Multimedia, Education Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent portfolio experience.
Experience with advanced Storyline interactions (JavaScript, custom navigation).
Motion/animation skills (After Effects or similar) and stronger audio/video editing.
Experience collaborating with instructional designers, narrators, and media teams.
Authoring: Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360 (Articulate 360)
AI / production: ElevenLabs, Adobe Firefly, AI image generation, rapid‑prototyping tools
Design & media: Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar; basic video editing
