Job summary

BruntWork is seeking an entrepreneurial E-Commerce Social Media Manager to partner with the co-founder and transform product assets into engaging content and revenue across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook. You will own TikTok Shop launches, Shopify tagging, and basic e-commerce SEO to maximize brand discoverability and apparel sales.

This contractor role offers flexible EST hours, a fast-growing startup vibe, and direct creative ownership from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience building brand accounts from scratch for apparel/lifestyle brands.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and Facebook.
• Proficient in short-form video editing with a good sense of pacing and hooks.
• Hands-on experience budgeting and running Meta Ads.
• Familiar with social scheduling platforms and analytics.
• Self-starter who can define content strategy with founders.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a multi-channel social growth strategy from scratch.
• Plan, curate and maintain a multi-channel content calendar with cadence.
• Edit and produce engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikToks).
• Grow TikTok Shop presence and optimize Shopify integration for conversions.
• Set up, test and manage Meta Ad campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
• Monitor trends and keep content fresh and relevant.
• Track engagement, reach, and conversions with analytics tools.
• Engage with online community to foster brand loyalty.
