Job summary

BruntWork, a London-based digital marketing agency with a global reach, is hiring a Social & Paid Media Specialist. You will own social media and paid media for our own channels and client brands, mainly ecommerce fashion, luxury and lifestyle.

This remote role follows UK hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 UK time). You will plan content, run Meta and Google ads, build ManyChat automations, create on-brand graphics, and report on reach, engagement, and conversions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Meta Ads with profitable results for ecommerce brands.
• Working knowledge of Google Ads and performance campaigns.
• A portfolio of edited and managed social content.
• Hands-on experience building ManyChat automations.
• Strong graphic design eye and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Ability to manage several client accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
• Clear, professional written communication with clients.
• Comfortable turning data into actionable reports and insights.
• Keeps up with latest platform updates, trends and tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and run social content for BruntWork and client brands.
• Build monthly content strategies and calendars aligned to brand goals.
• Edit short-form video and static content to on-brand standards.
• Schedule and publish content across channels on time.
• Set up and maintain ManyChat automation flows.
• Respond to comments/DMs and engage with communities.
• Produce on-brand graphics within brand guidelines.
• Track performance and deliver reports on reach, engagement, followers, conversions.
• Act as day-to-day contact with clients and gather feedback.
• Run BruntWork's own social presence alongside client accounts.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns (Meta priority).
• Build and manage Meta Ads campaigns from structure to daily optimization.
• Run Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns for ecommerce.
• Create media plans covering budgets, audiences, funnels and timelines.
• Set campaign objectives and KPIs tied to client goals.
• Run structured tests, scale winners, and build retargeting.
