Job summary

Outsource Access, Inc. is hiring for a remote e-commerce specialist focused on optimizing the digital shelf for DTC, Amazon, and other marketplaces. You’ll shape product strategies and ensure consistency across selling platforms for The Slime Kitchen.

You’ll manage listings, respond to customer inquiries, handle returns, and compile weekly sales reports using GoParrot, Square, and Amazon Seller Central to drive data-backed growth while keeping pricing and SKUs aligned.

Responsibilities

• Owning the Digital Shelf: develop a differentiated product strategy for DTC, Amazon, and other retail marketplaces.
• Mastering the Marketplace: manage and optimize product listings on SlimeKitchen.com and Amazon; ensure details, images, SKUs, and pricing are accurate and aligned.
• Creating Seamless Customer Journeys: monitor and respond to customer inquiries; process returns and refunds per company guidelines.
• Driving Data-Backed Growth: generate weekly sales reports via GoParrot, Square, and Amazon Seller Central; track availability and stock levels.
