Job summary

RocketAMS is a fully remote Amazon eCommerce agency seeking an E-Commerce Analyst. You’ll own the numbers behind client performance, build models, surface insights, and support strategic revenue decisions across APAC brands.

You’ll design dashboards, forecast sales, and automate workflows, applying advanced spreadsheet skills and strong analytical reasoning to improve catalog and listing operations and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Experience turning messy data into actionable insights.
• Strong proficiency with spreadsheet modelling and dashboards.
• Ability to forecast and analyse budgets or variances.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards in Google Sheets to track revenue and ROAS.
• Develop 12-month sales forecasts and budget-vs-actual analyses.
• Analyse performance metrics and surface actionable insights.
• Create and improve SOPs and automate recurring workflows.
