Job summary

Adaptive Teams in the Philippines is seeking an analytical e-commerce specialist to own sales reporting and product listing management across 1P, 3P, social commerce, and DTC channels from a fully remote environment.

You will analyze sales performance, track revenue and product performance, and coordinate with sales, marketing, creative, and operations to keep listings accurate across Walmart, Target, TikTok Shop, Meta, Google, and other accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience managing e-commerce marketplaces or retailer portals.
• Strong analytics and reporting capabilities.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Understanding of 1P/3P, social commerce, and DTC models.
• Ability to handle large product catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance and prepare regular sales reports and dashboards.
• Track revenue, units, trends, product performance, and channel performance.
• Manage and optimize product listings across Walmart, Target, JCPenney, Kohl’s, TikTok Shop, Meta, Google, DTC, and other e-commerce accounts.
• Maintain accurate product titles, descriptions, images, attributes, pricing, and other listing content.
• Support both 1P and 3P marketplace operations.
• Identify listing errors, suppressed products, missing content, and other issues impacting sales.
• Monitor performance and highlight opportunities, risks, and trends.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, creative, and operations teams to keep product information accurate and current.
