Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring an E-commerce Assistant in Libis, Quezon City. The role focuses on managing product data, updating attributes, images, and category alignment across the website.

You will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to secure quality data and assets, implement digital merchandising, and ensure site integrity with testing and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Moderate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must be comfortable with V-Lookup and data manipulation).
• Previous experience in Data Entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in reading and writing in English (UK).
• Successful completion of Year 10 Secondary School (minimum) or a University degree in a related discipline.
• Proven ability to work toward strict deadlines and exceed performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage product data by copying, formatting, and cross-referencing multiple spreadsheets using V-Lookups for bulk uploading.
• Execute product updates, including editing attributes, refreshing imagery, and ensuring accurate categorization across the website.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to source high-quality product data and creative assets.
• Implement digital merchandising strategies to ensure best sellers and campaign-specific content are featured on landing pages.
• Support site integrity by performing testing and generating ad hoc reports to meet all product-related KPIs.

Your Role

What You Need

• Background in digital marketing or e-commerce campaign scheduling.
