Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an E-Commerce Operations Analyst in Quezon City, with a hybrid work setup. You will collect and analyze data, produce dashboards, and benchmark market trends to drive digital commerce decisions.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting, test site content, and optimize user experiences. The role emphasizes advanced Excel skills, QA literacy, and effective English communication in a diverse, multi-cultural environment.

• Collect and compile reports and dashboards tracking demand KPIs, revenue, and digital metrics.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking on market trends, pricing, and promotions.
• Prepare content audit reports to optimize website design, navigation, and functionality.
• Execute UAT and QA on site content, images, copy, and UX features.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate data and timely reporting.
• Refine dashboard models and reporting tools to enhance data usability for business strategy.

Your Role

As a E-Commerce Operations Analyst, you will:

• Collect and compile regular reports and dashboards tracking demand KPIs, revenue, and core digital metrics.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking on market trends, pricing, competitor promotions, and digital user experiences.
• Prepare comprehensive content audit reports to optimize overall website design, navigation, and functionality.
• Execute user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance (QA) on site content, images, copy, and UX features.
• Coordinate across internal teams to gather data accurately and hit reporting deadlines.
• Refine existing dashboard models and reporting tools to enhance data usability and support business strategy.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Advanced MS Excel & Office Skills: Proven expertise in manipulating data, building formulas, and creating presentations in Excel and PowerPoint.
• E-Commerce & Digital QA Literacy: Deep understanding of e-commerce best practices, online consumer behavior, and web/app content QA workflows.
• Virtual Collaboration: Ability to work effectively and productively within a multi-cultural, remote work environment.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for reporting insights to stakeholders.
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Practical familiarity with enterprise Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, Cognos, or Power BI.
• Experience running front-end UAT checks across both web and native mobile application platforms.
• Strong background in web content management systems (CMS) and digital asset auditing.
• Proven track record of automating repetitive Excel reporting workflows.
