RunRemote is seeking an Ecommerce Account Manager for a 100% remote role serving an Australian recruitment agency focused on e-commerce brands. You will manage client relationships, translate needs into recruitment briefs, and drive placements while collaborating with a global talent pool.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in e-commerce or related client-facing roles, strong communication, and a track record of building partnerships.

Formación

• Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or client-facing sales or account management roles.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce functions such as finance, operations, warehousing, HR, and marketing.
• Experience managing client relationships and commercial partnerships.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and clients.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their trusted partner throughout the recruitment process.
• Understand client business, culture, hiring requirements, and translate into recruitment briefs.
• Take ownership of assigned accounts with consistent communication and a positive hiring experience.
• Advise clients on talent availability, market conditions, salary expectations, and alternatives when needed.
• Manage recruitment from briefing and talent identification through to interviews, feedback, offers, and placements.
• Identify candidates through the agency database, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing channels.
• Generate repeat business and referrals within existing relationships to strengthen partnerships.
• Keep candidates engaged and provide timely feedback to ensure a positive experience.
