Job summary

Metacom Careers is seeking a customer service representative to join our team in handling domestic inquiries, orders, and account management. You will be the primary contact for customer care issues and work to resolve complaints with efficiency and care.

You will provide product information, track orders, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery, with work arrangements offering potential remote options.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year SQL experience or 2 years CSR/TSR or at least 6 months of Digital Ads, Content Moderator, Digital Marketing or Digital Sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
