Job summary

Metacom Careers is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a Retail Account to deliver exceptional support via voice channels. You will assist customers with retail inquiries, troubleshoot technical concerns, and process orders, returns, or account updates with accuracy and courtesy.

The role requires strong English communication, basic computer navigation, and willingness to work onsite on a rotating shift.

Qualifications

At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
Minimum of 1 year Technical Customer Care Experience (Tech CCE).
Excellent English communication skills.
Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with retail-related inquiries through voice support.
Troubleshoot basic technical concerns involving products, accounts, or online services.
Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates accurately.
Provide timely and professional resolutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
