• 7+ years of experience selling digital media, AdTech, CTV/OTT, or programmatic advertising solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and exceed an individual revenue target.
• Build strategic relationships with independent agencies, regional advertisers, and mid‑market brands.
• Prospect, present, negotiate, and close new business opportunities.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurately forecast revenue.
• Coach and mentor Account Executives through prospecting and closing strategies.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
• Partner with Sales leadership on territory planning and growth initiatives.
• Identify market opportunities and provide customer insights to influence strategy.
