Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Digital Advertising Operations Team Lead to manage a frontline ad operations team and oversee campaign setup, trafficking, monitoring, and reporting. This remote role emphasizes leadership, process adherence, and client service.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Ad Operations, hands-on platform experience (GAM, CM360, DV360, TTD), and strong English communication. Join a team that values collaboration, growth, and flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years hands-on Ad Operations experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience supervising or leading an operational team.
• Hands-on with at least one major ad platform (GAM, CM360, DV360, TTD, etc.).
• Strong Excel and MS Office proficiency; English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily team activities, assign and prioritize work, monitor queues and deadlines.
• Supervise scheduling, attendance, and workload coverage with proper escalation.
• Maintain accountability for quality, service levels, and delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and clients on campaign setup, trafficking, and reporting.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and development planning.
