Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced directors of people development to train an AI language model on professional document tasks. The role involves designing and refining training materials, onboarding playbooks, and curriculum outlines, with ownership of facilitator guides and rubrics.

This fully remote, flexible engagement offers $70/hour and a start ASAP, with 5-20 hours per week (more if desired). You will work on your own schedule from anywhere in the world.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs.
• Ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
