You will work with English-speaking teams, oversee content updates, social media, email campaigns, and lead generation while coordinating with online platforms and payment portals. The position is full-time with WFH arrangement and a standard daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, CRM, website management, or business development.
• Strong research, communication, and organisational skills.
• Comfortable learning and using different digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage website updates, content, and basic A/B testing.
• Manage social media posts, videos, keywords, and performance tracking.
• Conduct market, competitor, and lead-generation research.
• Manage email newsletters and promotional campaigns.
• Set up and manage CRM systems such as Splose.
• Support online course platforms, payment portals, and customer access issues.
• Post recruitment ads and maintain lead/prospect databases.
• Assist with product inventory and logistics.

The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage website updates, content, and basic A/B testing.
