The position is a full-time remote role with standard business hours and a focus on growth, content management, and lead generation across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, CRM, website management, or business development.

Responsibilities

• Manage website updates, content, and basic A/B testing.
• Manage social media posts, videos, keywords, and performance tracking.
• Conduct market, competitor, and lead-generation research.
• Manage email newsletters and promotional campaigns.
• Set up and manage CRM systems such as Splose.
• Support online course platforms, payment portals, and customer access issues.
• Post recruitment ads and maintain lead/prospect databases.
• Assist with product inventory and logistics.
• Identify and recommend new ideas to generate leads and grow the business.

The Role

Work Schedule: M to F,8:30am-5:30pm AEST / 6:30am to 3:30pm
