Job summary

MicroSourcing, a Philippine-based offshoring provider, is seeking a Digital Marketing & Web Specialist to support digital marketing initiatives across social channels, content creation, and website updates. You will work with the marketing team to craft engaging content, manage social platforms, and produce creative assets while monitoring performance.

The role requires 2+ years in digital marketing, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, and WordPress, plus strong English

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, content marketing, or a related role.
Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and creating digital content.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Good understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and audience engagement.

Responsibilities

Manage and schedule content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Create and repurpose engaging content, including social posts, short-form videos, graphics, blogs, and marketing materials.
Develop creative assets using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms.
Maintain content calendars and ensure campaigns and marketing materials are delivered on schedule.
Support digital campaigns across organic social, paid media, email, SMS, and other channels.
Monitor social media engagement, campaign performance, and audience trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Assist with website and digital content updates, including WordPress or similar platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, freelancers, and other partners to deliver marketing projects.
Ensure all content follows brand guidelines, tone of voice, and quality standards.
Stay updated on social media trends, content formats, and emerging marketing tools and technologies.
