24x7 Direct is seeking a Digital Marketing & Admin Assistant to support digital marketing activities, CRM management, client communication, lead generation, and general administration. You will handle content creation, social media management, outreach, blogging, and KPI tracking while maintaining professional client interactions.

The role is a full-time, remote position in the Philippines with a fixed shift. Expect structured workflows, timely reporting, and reliable collaboration with the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management and admin support.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop and schedule content for multiple platforms.
• Manage multi-platform social media and engagement.
• Moderate comments and POD engagement.
• Social media outreach sequencing and appointment setting.
• Content creation support and design; blog writing.
• Develop, implement and manage social media strategy.
• Define key social media KPIs and track performance.
• Stay updated on best practices and technologies.
• Email and phone management; CRM workflows and campaigns.
• Invoicing, webinars, appointments, file organization.
• Monthly reporting to the MD on social media performance.
• Client concierge and telephone point of service.
