Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate (work from home) to support the setup, launch, monitoring, QA, reporting and ongoing maintenance of digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels. The role offers an entry-level path with training in Ad Operations and collaboration with internal teams.

You will develop core skills in campaign trafficking, data analysis, and performance reporting while adhering to SOPs and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
• Up to one year of relevant experience preferred.
• Interest in digital advertising and ad technology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities
