Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Digital Advertising Associate to support trafficking and operations from home in the Philippines. You will work with Campaign Management and Account Managers to deployment, QA, tagging, reporting, and billing reconciliation, across programmatic platforms and ad servers.

The role emphasizes detail, multi-tasking, and global time zone coordination. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in Ad Operations, familiarity with DV360 or similar, Excel/Sheets, and strong QA skills;

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management, or Media Operations
• Familiarity with programmatic platforms and ad servers (e.g., DV360 or similar)
• Experience trafficking IAB display and video units
• Strong QA and troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to manage global time zone coordination

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution & Ad Operations: trafficking and deployment of digital campaigns, tagging, tracking, and QA prior to launch
• Monitor campaigns in-flight and flag delivery or technical issues
• Campaign Management Support: work with Account Managers on media plans, maintain forms and deployment sheets, align reporting inputs
• Process & Scalability: standardize execution workflows and support multiple campaigns across global time zones
