Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant (MailChimp) to support sales and marketing for a growing coaching business. You will upload course materials, manage email campaigns, create social content, and perform light outreach to prospective clients.

This remote role offers 20 hours per week with flexible timing and closable pipeline activity. You will report to the team lead and help keep the brand visible while senior staff focus on major contracts and relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience creating social media content and scheduling posts.
• Comfort with email marketing platforms, especially MailChimp.
• Strong organizational skills for uploading course materials and managing content.
• Willingness to conduct cold calls and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Upload and organize course materials on the learning platform.
• Create social media content based on provided messaging for 5–10 daily posts.
• Manage lead generation and send pre-written email campaigns via MailChimp to leads.
