Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prospect & List Coordination: Organize and manage prospect lists in alignment with scheduled events and targeted outreach campaigns.
• Email Marketing Execution: Draft, schedule, and send email campaigns using Mailchimp, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• Response Management: Monitor and funnel responses from email campaigns to the appropriate internal teams or individuals.
• Data Entry & Maintenance: Keep Airtable databases updated with campaign results, response tracking, and prospect engagement.
• Process Optimization: Assist in refining and documenting marketing workflows for improved efficiency.
