Assist World is seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant to support social media, content creation, marketing operations, website updates, and HubSpot tasks. This remote, full-time role follows U.S.

East Coast business hours and requires strong written English, independence, and a knack for balancing creative and administrative work. You will help plan campaigns, produce posts and short videos, manage digital assets, support HubSpot forms and dashboards, and coordinate with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting social media marketing and/or digital marketing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently and proactively follow up on tasks.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with short-form video editing tools (CapCut or similar).
• Experience with HubSpot (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media content across platforms.
• Create static posts and short-form videos; brainstorm campaigns.
• Coordinate content requests from internal team members and SMEs.
• Monitor evolving social media trends and suggest new content approaches.
• Support light video editing using CapCut or similar tools.
• Design basic graphics and social assets using Canva or Adobe tools.
• Handle day-to-day marketing coordination tasks and ad hoc projects.
• Update website content and basic web assets as needed.
• Maintain organized marketing files and documentation.
• Support HubSpot administration: forms, lists, emails, dashboards.
