Job summary

Think Renewable is hiring a full-time Virtual Assistant to support two sides of our marketing world: creative production and day-to-day admin. You'll work closely with our Senior Marketing Specialist to shape social content, ad creatives and how we appear on review sites.

This remote role is Philippines-based with Australian Eastern Standard Time hours (~40 hours/week). Rate is AUD 10–12/hour (PHP 450–540/hour), commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in social media or digital marketing
• Strong eye for graphic design and engaging video content
• Excellent written English — you can draft a blog post we'd be proud to publish with minimal edits
• Solid experience with Canva, including AI design features
• Proven video editing skills (CapCut preferred; Adobe Premiere or similar also fine)
• Sharp attention to detail and the ability to work independently during AEST hours

Responsibilities

• Creative & Design: Plan and maintain an ongoing social media content calendar
• Creative & Design: Design ad creatives and organic social graphics using Canva and AI design tools
• Creative & Design: Edit short-form video for social and paid ads using CapCut (or similar)
• Creative & Design: Produce ad hoc design work — banners, email graphics, presentation slides, training materials
• Administration: Monitor and respond to Google Reviews professionally and promptly
• Administration: Reply to social media messages and comments
• Administration: Order branded merchandise and marketing materials
• Administration: Compile and publish our monthly company bulletin from database reports
• Administration: Schedule and publish content across social platforms
• Administration: Draft blog posts and website copy — near-publish-ready standard
• Administration: Coordinate ad hoc projects like photoshoots, car artwork, and signage installs
• Administration: Provide general support to the Senior Marketing Specialist
