Job summary

Somewhere is seeking a Deployment Operations Associate to support the end-to-end battery deployment process, from pre-installation through post-installation. This remote role in the Philippines offers hands-on experience in a fast-moving startup environment and requires you to track project statuses, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and maintain thorough documentation.

You will identify process improvements, help ensure timely execution, and contribute to scaling our deployment pipeline

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or operations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication with external stakeholders
• Experience scheduling and coordinating with inspectors, utility reps, AHJs
• Proficiency in managing documentation and online portals
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities without sacrificing speed or quality

Responsibilities

• Oversee full deployment workflow from pre- to post-installation
• Review photos/docs to assess installation feasibility and code compliance
• Generate permit packages and interconnection submissions
• Submit applications through AHJ and utility portals
• Coordinate with members, utilities, and AHJs to advance projects
• Manage REP enrollments through the process
• Close out permits and keep project records up to date
• Identify inefficiencies and propose tooling/workflow improvements
