BruntWork is seeking a compassionate Patient Support Representative (Dental) to assist patients through their orthodontic treatment journey. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, coordinating appointments, and escalating complex concerns to treatment coordinators.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English communication skills with strong grammar, spelling, and attention to detail.
• Experience in customer service, patient support, healthcare administration, or similar client-facing role.
• Proven ability to communicate professionally and empathetically through chat-based channels.
• Confidence using technology platforms, mobile apps, chat systems, and digital tools.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills for managing inquiries and documenting interactions.
• Comfortable making outbound calls to dental clinics when required.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling sensitive concerns or escalations.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality, accuracy, and quality service.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients via the mobile app chat and other digital channels.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries using established protocols and templates.
• Coordinate appointment requests, make outbound calls to verify availability, and communicate updates to patients and teams.
• Escalate complex scheduling or treatment-related concerns to the appropriate coordinators and ensure proper handoffs.
