Winning Assistants, Inc. is seeking a Dental Insurance Verification & Claims Specialist for a US-based dental practice. This remote, part-time role runs 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM EDT, Monday to Friday, with compensation of $5-$6 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with comprehensive dental insurance verification for US practices.
• Knowledge of benefits: eligibility, maximums, deductibles, exclusions.
• Experience supporting dental claims submissions, follow-ups, denials and appeals.
• Familiarity with Eaglesoft or Curve Dental practice management software.
• Ability to navigate multiple dental software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance eligibility, active coverage and benefit details.
• Submit and monitor dental claims; follow up on discrepancies.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments and calendar management.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with staff and patients.
