Winning Assistants LLC is seeking a part-time dental claims specialist to handle end-to-end processing of dental insurance claims for U.S. clients. You will review submissions for accuracy, follow up on denials, and prepare necessary documentation and narratives.

HIPAA awareness and strong English communication are essential. Work is remote from the Philippines with access to client systems and dedicated contractor support.

Qualifications

• 1+ year hands-on experience in dental insurance billing, claims processing, submissions, denials, and appeals.
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance procedures, claim reconciliation, and follow-up processes.
• Ability to independently manage end-to-end dental claims processing with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end dental claims processing, submission, and review.
• Review claims for errors and documentation discrepancies prior to submission.
• Investigate denied or unpaid claims and prepare corrections or appeals.
• Prepare and submit supporting documentation and treatment narratives.
