Winning Assistants LLC. is seeking a part-time Dental Claims Processing Specialist to manage end-to-end dental insurance claims. The role requires strong attention to detail, English communication, and experience with Open Dental in a remote setup.

The position offers a 12:00 PM–4:00 PM Central Daylight Time schedule, with an hourly rate of $5–$6. Prior experience and reliability are essential for timely submissions and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• 1 year of hands-on dental insurance billing experience required.
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures, claim reconciliation and follow-up.
• Experience with Open Dental and dental claim attachments preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end processing, preparation, review and submission of dental claims.
• Review claims for errors and documentation discrepancies before submission.
• Investigate denied or unpaid claims and prepare corrections or appeals.
• Submit supporting documentation and narratives to facilitate approvals.
• Perform daily claim reconciliation and monitor processing outcomes.
• Follow up on outstanding claims roughly every 30 days to ensure payment.
