Qualifications

• 3+ years in a team lead role.
• 3+ years in the BPO industry.
• Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Very proficient written and spoken English.
• Experience in training and coaching teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client services team members meet client expectations.
• Conduct ongoing training for new hires and longtime staff.
• Track and manage employee attendance.
• Complete regular performance reviews.
• Provide coaching to underperforming team members.
• Collaborate with various teams on operational concerns.
• Alert sales and hiring when new hires are needed.
• Report key team metrics to leadership.
• Perform tasks analogous to the foregoing.
